Cooking with Keath Camp Goes Around the World!

10 am - 2 pm, Monday – Friday Ages 8 -12 Fee: $100 per week Campers must bring their lunch Monday – Thursday

Students can attend one camp or all three.

Keath Eunice will instruct students as they dive into the culture and food of each country. We will learn to cook different cuisines and sweets popular to each country. By the end of each week students will have a newfound appreciation for each of the countries and what foods they are most known for.

In week one we will explore Italy as we cook spaghetti, lasagna, and chicken parmigiana.  Students will also learn to bake different items from the Italian culture.  We will round out week one with a homemade lunch on Friday.

In week two we will cha-cha into the city of Mexico where we will have a fiesta full of authentic foods.  We will learn to make tacos, enchiladas, and churros.  We will make a tres leche cake together along with many other sweets.

We will end our three weeks of summer camp by having a Party in the USA.  During this week, we will explore all of the foods that make America great!  We will have Cupcake Wars and each student will leave camp with a cake creation all of their own.
